Designed for clarity and fairness, our returns process is here to keep your project moving. If your delivery arrives faulty or damaged, our team will work quickly to replace it and get you back on track, provided the issue wasn’t caused after receipt. Simply notify us within 14 days from delivery, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Our flow chemistry specialists work with you at every stage to identify your requirements and project scope, design and draw all custom equipment, and then submit designs for your final approval before manufacture. Depending on your requirement, we can provide solutions that are ATEX, CE, and GMP compliant.

Throughout the design and manufacturing stages, we keep you fully updated and informed on any progress and testing. We provide project scoping and User Requirements Specification (URS) services, detailed engineering designs, including pre-HAZOP studies, before progressing to project realization, construction, and commissioning.

Once you approve your design, we manufacture the equipment and perform a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in our facility. On delivery and installation, we perform a Site Acceptance Test (SAT). We operate a well-documented management system, and all our products are supplied with detailed documentation.
